Production Time

Because each fursuit is custom-made, please allow:

2–4 weeks for production before shipping.

Production time begins after:

  • Your order is confirmed

  • Your measurements and required photos are received

  • Your design details are finalized

Production times may vary depending on order volume and design complexity.


Shipping Time

After your order is completed and shipped, delivery typically takes:

5–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Destination country

  • Carrier performance

  • Customs processing

  • Holidays or peak seasons

We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

We ship to most countries worldwide.

If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us before placing an order.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address

  • We select the most suitable carrier for your order


Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by your country.

These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Damaged Packages

We take packaging seriously. However, if your package arrives damaged:

  1. Contact the carrier’s customer service immediately

  2. Request a damage claim number

  3. Take clear photos/videos of:

    • The package

    • The damage

    • The product

Then contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide the claim number and evidence.

We will assist you with the next steps.


Lost Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period or indicates a lost package, please contact us.

We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.


Delays

While we strive to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

If your order is delayed, we will notify you as soon as possible.
