Are all Ofurry fursuits custom-made?
Yes. Every fursuit sold on Ofurry is 100% custom-made and built from scratch for each individual customer. We do not mass-produce or use pre-made bases.
Will my fursuit be unique?
Yes. Each fursuit is an original creation designed specifically for you. No two Ofurry fursuits are ever identical.
Do you sell premade or in-stock fursuits?
No. We only accept custom orders. We do not keep stock or sell premade suits.
What types of fursuits do you offer?
We offer a wide range of custom fursuits, including:

Ordering & Customization
How do I place a custom order?
Choose the fursuit type you want from our shop and place your order. After checkout, we will send you a measurement kit and instructions to begin the custom fitting process.
Can I choose any species or character?
Yes. We can create most animal species, fantasy creatures, and original characters.
If you are unsure whether your concept is possible, contact us before ordering.
Can I request specific colors, markings, or styles?
Absolutely. You may provide reference images, color codes, and written descriptions. We will confirm all design details with you before production begins.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Minor changes may be possible before production begins. Once production starts, changes may not be possible.
Measurements & Fitting
How do you ensure proper fit?
We send you a measurement kit and request:
Body measurements
Front, side, and back photos
We use this information to build a model and tailor your fursuit accordingly.
Do I need to show my face in photos?
No. We recommend wearing a mask or face covering. Your privacy is important to us.
What if I measure incorrectly?
Please measure carefully. We are not responsible for fit issues caused by incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
Production & Timeline
How long does production take?
Production typically takes 2–4 weeks after measurements and design details are confirmed.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 5–14 business days after production is complete.
Can you guarantee delivery by a specific date?
No. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to carrier and customs variables.
Pricing & Payment
When do I need to pay?
Full payment is required at checkout before production begins.
Do you offer payment plans?
At this time, we do not offer payment plans.
Are there additional fees?
International orders may incur customs duties or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns & Refunds
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You may cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After production begins, orders cannot be cancelled.
Are custom fursuits refundable?
No. Custom-made products are non-refundable once production has started, except in cases of damage or error.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos. We will offer an exchange or appropriate refund.
Care & Use
How do I clean my fursuit?
Spot clean with mild detergent and cold water. Air dry only. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
Are fursuits safe to wear for long periods?
Take regular breaks, stay hydrated, and avoid overheating. Always prioritize your safety.
Privacy & Security
What happens to my photos and measurements?
They are used only for creating your fursuit and are never shared or sold.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.
