Return Policy
At Ofurry, all products are 100% custom-made and personalized based on each customer’s measurements and design specifications. Because of the nature of custom manufacturing, we have specific policies regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, production preparation may begin.
Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded for any reason.
Custom-Made Products (Important)
All Ofurry fursuits are custom-made and personalized.
For this reason:
Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
Change of mind
Incorrect size provided by the customer
Slight differences in color, size, or design
Personal preference or expectations
Minor variations are normal in handmade products and do not qualify as defects.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item due to our error, we will offer:
A replacement (exchange), or
A partial or full refund (depending on the situation)
To be eligible, you must:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Provide clear photos and/or videos showing:
The product
The damage or issue
The original packaging
This information is required for our review.
Approved Returns & Exchanges
If a return or exchange is approved:
We will cover the return shipping cost for items damaged in transit or sent incorrectly by us.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received.
For approved full refunds (rare cases):
The item must be returned in good condition
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer
Refund Processing
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 3 business days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
Custom-made fursuits after production has started
Orders with customer-provided incorrect measurements
Items damaged due to misuse, modification, or normal wear
Chargebacks & Disputes
If you have any issue with your order, please contact us first. We are always willing to work with you toward a fair solution.
Opening a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
