1. Eligibility
By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2. Products & Services
All products sold on Ofurry are custom-made and personalized based on customer-provided measurements and design specifications.
Because of the custom nature of our products:
All sales are final once production begins
Products may have slight variations in color, size, or appearance
No two fursuits are identical
These variations are not considered defects.
3. Orders & Payments
Prices are listed in the currency shown on the Site
Payment must be received in full before production begins
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
If an order is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, a full refund will be issued.
4. Custom Order Process
Customers are responsible for providing:
Accurate measurements
Clear photos and references
Complete design details
Ofurry is not responsible for fit issues caused by incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
Production begins only after design details are confirmed.
5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.
Key points:
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund
After production begins, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded
Custom products are non-returnable except in cases of damage or error

6. Shipping

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including:

Images
Logos
Designs
Graphics
is the property of Ofurry and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Custom fursuit designs created by Ofurry remain the intellectual property of Ofurry.
Customers may use photos of their purchased fursuit for personal, non-commercial use.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Site for unlawful purposes
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Upload malicious code
Harass or abuse our staff
We reserve the right to terminate access for violations.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ofurry shall not be liable for:

Personal injury arising from misuse of products
